Customers can now recharge their FASTag accounts quickly and easily using BHIM UPI enabled mobile devices by connecting into the BHIM app. The FASTag technology primarily serves to ensure that the NHAI continues to decongest tolls, but it also assists the body in making a profit through flawless collections. National Electronic Toll Collection (NETC) is a scheme that suits the Indian market’s electronic tolling demands.
- To recharge your FASTag account using BHIM UPI, just follow the simple steps below:
- Log-in to any BHIM UPI application
- Click on “send” to initiate transaction
- Put “netc.vehiclenumber@bankupihandle” in send to tab
- Verify the UPI ID
- Add the amount you want to recharge and then authenticate with your PIN.
While you add your vehicle number for the UPI recharge transaction, please make sure that you add the correct bank UPI handle as per the bank list given below. Also please ensure to verify UPI ID before processing the transaction.
