Federal Bank FASTag is a device that employs Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology for making toll payments directly from the prepaid or savings account linked to it FASTag is presently operational at 498 toll plazas across national and state highways. More toll plazas will be brought under the FASTag program soon.
FASTag program by Federal Bank is part of National Electronic Toll Collection (NETC) initiative rolled out by NPCI under the guidelines of NHAI and IHMCL.

Charges & Validity of FASTag
FASTag has a validity of 5 years and after purchasing it, you only need to recharge/ top up the FASTag as per your requirement. FASTag offers near non-stop movement of vehicles through toll plazas and the convenience of cashless payment of toll fee with nation-wide interoperable Electronic Toll Collection Services.

How can a customer buy Federal Bank FASTag?
Presently, Federal Bank FASTag will be available in POS locations in Ernakulam and Thrissur districts. More locations will be added shortly. FASTag executives will be available in all the major toll plazas in these locations. Customer can visit the executives in the above-mentioned POS locations with the required documents to avail Federal Bank FASTags. We will also be entering into arrangements with vehicle showrooms, vehicle dealers, pollution centres, wherein customers can visit to purchase Federal Bank FASTags.

How to disable a FASTag account in the event that that the car is stolen?
In case of loss of the Tag, the Tag may be blocked by the Tag Member by calling up the Customer Care at 1800- 266- 9520 (Toll Free)& furnishing the required information for blocking the Card and as more specifically provided for under clause titled as “Lost or Stolen Cards”.
